Terms and Conditions

By booking a service with The Considered Closet, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions (in-person or virtual) must be booked in advance.

  • Payment must be made by the end of the day of your booked service for in-person sessions, and by the invoiced date for event bookings.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may incur the full session fee.

  • All styling services, including in-person and virtual sessions, are final and non-refundable once the service has been provided. We always aim to deliver our services as promised, and if a session is not delivered as agreed, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

3. Client Eligibility

  • Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book services.

  • For Group Colour Analysis sessions, we understand that children may occasionally wish to participate alongside family members. If this is something you’d like to explore, a parent or legal guardian is welcome to contact info@theconsideredcloset.com.au to discuss suitable options.

4. Your Role

  • Providing accurate information helps us give the best advice.

  • Provide the requested images and information if booking virtual services.

5. Liability

  • Styling advice is professional guidance; results may vary.

6. Privacy & Intellectual Property

  • Your information is handled according to our [Privacy Policy].

  • Materials, content, and recommendations remain the property of The Considered Closet.
